Minors

For students in Biomaterials or Bioengineering:

Students enrolled in the Chemical Engineering program may elect to earn a minor degree in a variety of disciplines, some of which can be earned with few or no additional course credits. View the complete list of minors and requirements in the Minors section of the Undergraduate Catalog.

It is possible to earn a minor in one of six disciplines within the standard four-year college commitment. For detailed curriculum pathways for earning a minor along with your major in Chemical Engineering, please click on this link and download our Chemical Engineering Roadmaps document.

Students in the Materials Science & Engineering program may also elect to earn a minor. Chemical Engineering is optimized for MSE students. A Biomedical Engineering minor is anoth option. Students should speak with their advisor regarding this.
